The entire reservation balance is due upon the time of booking and we offer many different payment methods for your convenience. Unfortunately, we do not offer any holds or deposits to secure your booking or dates. We kindly recommend you to reserve your room or suite quickly as all our properties book up fast!
Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in. A nonrefundable 5% fee for any cancellations done after booking.
Check-in is at 2:00 pm and check-out is at 9:00 am. We do offer either early check-in or late check-out, or both! These are available upon
availability, we will need to know ahead of time for this request so we can coordinate in advance with our cleaning crew and they can be referenced below:
Early Check-In:
$25 add-on (1:00 pm instead)
$50 add-on (12:00 pm instead)
Late Check-Out:
$25 add-on (10:00 am instead)
$50 add-on (11:00 am instead)
All our door locks are smart August locks and can be accessed any time after check-in (2:00 pm) so any late check-ins are completely fine. Please respect other guests and be quiet if checking in after hours. Thanks.
Extending your stay is based on availability. We love when guests want to extend their stay. We highly encourage guests who think they may need to extend to reach out to Roomstr.com asap so we can make sure we have availability.
All our properties’ common areas are professionally cleaned 1 x a week. This is usually on a Monday or Tuesday. If a guest would like their room or suite professionally cleaned during their stay there is a $75 clean fee charged.
All of our properties include free parking. We offer parking on the driveway or on the street. The City of Tampa allows on street parking everywhere unless there is a meter or a no parking sign.
As much as we love pets, we unfortunately do not allow any pets at any of our properties. We are very sorry about this & hope you understand!
Unfortunately, we do not allow children in any of our properties. We do allow guests only if they are pre approved by Roomstr.com managemen. There is a $30 overnight fee for any approved guest that stays the night.
